Refunds

When an item or product has been ordered and paid for as part of an order but subsequentially not in stock then a refund for that item will be made.

We will endeavour to contact you when items are found to be out of stock to offer alternatives but if no alternatives are accepted and the item/product out of stock is not dispatched then a full refund will be made back to your card for the out of stock item.

We normally process refunds at close of business on the day that the order is dispatched however please allow sufficient time for the bank to process the refund and for it to re-appear in your bank.
