Processing Orders We want to get you order to you as quickly as we can so we endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours. (Business days) Delivery Time We pay for next business day delivery (Normally between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm) and once orders are dispatched most orders arrive within this timescale but as delivery and shipment is carried out by outside courier companies we cannot guarantee this time frame. You must therefore allow up to 72 hours for delivery by the couriers from time of dispatch - this will be notified by email on day of dispatch. During busy periods such as Christmas and leading up to Public holidays etc. processing and dispatch time can take longer and sometimes an extra day is required.
