Overseas Orders
Processing overseas orders can sometimes be more complex than our day to day orders.
This can be for a variety of reasons that include customer payment options, delivery and shipping options as well as language, stock and other customer requirements.
We work very hard to ensure that we manage your order efficiently and give excellent customer service.
Please therefore allow up to 5 working days for any overseas order to be be dispatched – we will of course endeavour to process it quicker than this if we can.
Overseas shipping charges.
Shipping charges can be costly but you can be re-assured that when picking an order we pack it into the smallest number of cartons to allow safe and cost effective delivery. Therefore, sometimes the number of cartons chosen and paid for on the checkout screen will need to be altered.
If the number is less then no worries, a refund for any extra shipping will be refunded BUT if the order requires more cartons we will contact you for the extra payment – Either by email or telephone – Your prompt response to this would be very much appreciated otherwise this could cause a delay in dispatch which you will not be happy about. (And trust me, we don't want that to happen).
