OK, sometimes you've ordered a product and it's just not what you anticipated.  No problem and this is what we can do for you.

Firstly, we need to know this within 3 days of delivery of your order. This must be email or in writing (sorry, no telephone messages)

Once we have acknowledged your notification we will authorise you to return the goods to us.

As long as the product and packaging are returned to us in the original condition we will then refund you for the goods only in full upon receipt.

No refunds for shipping costs, clearance, sale, seconds or discounted goods.
